Deposit amount:
- For stays of less than 3 nights: the price of the first night will be charged.
- For stays of 3 nights or more: 30% of the total cost of your stay will be charged.

Cancellation conditions
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1590 of the French Civil Code: "all deposits paid as a guarantee remain definitively acquired".
Cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival: the deposit is non-refundable. In case of no-show on the scheduled date: the deposit will be cashed and the remainder of the stay will be cancelled.
Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival: the deposit can be transferred to another stay or refunded.
In the event of an interruption of the stay without having informed reception at least 48 hours before departure, one night will be charged by the establishment.
